岗位职责：

1.协助安全经理负责各城市办公室安全策略的制订和实施；

2.制订计划，并定期至各城市办公室进行安全风险巡查、安全业务质量评估以及各项安全培训、宣导等工作；

3.协助小管家与各城市办公室大厦物业进行沟通协商，制订共管共治方案和突发事件响应协作机制；

4.关注各城市办公室安全管理状态是否健康，提出或制订改进建议、方案并跟进实施；

5.其他指派性工作的执行。

素质要求：

1.35周岁以下，高中/中专以上学历，熟练使用各项办公软件；

2.不低于3年安全领班及以上职位安全管理经验；

3.熟悉商写安全风险管控模式及现场运营方案；

4.沟通能力强，能够独立对接大厦物业及行政主管部门（公安、消防等）

5.有组织培训经验，能够对员工、客户进行安全、消防相关培训及实操演练；

6.接受短期出差：各省市一二线城市，差旅平均10天/月。
