岗位职责：

1、负责整个项目安全策略的制订和实施，保障安全业务运营质量管理；

2、负责现场秩序管理、消防演练、活动支撑、车辆管理、突发保障类的工作安排；

3、负责现场团队管理、员工绩效考核、岗位培训及供应商管理；

4、对接客户的需求，达到合同约定的服务内容和承诺的服务质量

5、负责供应商的管理；

5、领导安排的其他工作；

岗位要求：

1、有园区及大型物业安保团队管理经验；

2、45岁以下、大专以上学历，办公软件熟练及报告输出能力；

3、为人正直、有管理思路及服务意识。
