卓越服务代表为综合运营管理岗位，主要负责爱玛客医疗客户的后勤管理工作。根据美国运送服务的标准、流程和具体要求，管理爱玛客医疗客户项目运送服务人员的服务标准、监督实施质量和检验执行结果，确保公司运送服务标准的落地实施；探索行业前沿技术和创新工具，为医疗客户提供高质量的运送支持服务，不断提升客户满意度。

岗位描述：

· 负责基于美国制定的运送服务体系和标准，推动项目落地实施及质量考核，并对结果负责；

· 负责医疗客户新项目的初始化工作，在医院现场部署运送服务流程，监督保洁服务标准执行，检查服务质量，以及其他现场支持工作；

· 负责使用信息系统在医疗客户推广服务体系；

· 负责与区域运作运作团队和销售团队紧密配合，完成新业务、基础业务增长和项目续签等相关工作（包括但不限于参与标书制作及演示，客户谈判，新流程的推广和实施等）；

岗位要求：

· 全日制统招本科及以上学历

· 3年以上工作经验，有酒店或物业管理经验者优先；

· 熟练使用office等办公软件，具备数据分析及文案编辑能力；

· 能适应出差，具有很强的适应能力和抗压能力；

· 良好的沟通协调能力；
