岗位职责：

1、负责行政、后勤工作，保障公司顺利开展各项工作，细化各项行政工作标准，完善行政业务流程，提升团队专业性，为企业及员工提供高效便捷的行政服务

2、负责行政业务数据提取整合，分析，对策略优化带来价值，为公司管理层提供支撑和辅助；

3、负责组织集团整体行政预算工作，合理控制行政相关费用；

4、员工关怀活动组织，进行贴合公司战略、文化价值管的活动组织，提升员工温度感知；

5、负责管理所有办公场所的统筹规划、租赁、装修、配置、搬迁、维护等工作；

6、负责公司固定资产、日常办公用品、消防安全、优化美化办公环境、员工活动及福利、提高员工对职场的满意度等日常行政管理工作；

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历；

2、有5年以上的行政工作经验，具备互联网行政运营经验及物业管理经验；

3、具备较强的组织和沟通协调能力，能有效推动所负责事项的落地实施
