岗位职责：

1.负责负责楼宇暖通、给排水系统设施设备运行、维护、保养、维修工作。 按指定巡检路线进行设施、设备巡检、预发现设备故障或者发现设备故障，正确关闭或者切换设备等；

2.参与计划性的空调通风设备的预防性维护工作，负责空调机房的室内清洁和5S工作；

3.定时更换设备易耗物料；

4.完成现场主管或者工程师交办的其他工作；

任职要求：

1、年龄40周岁以下；

2、高中或中专以上学历、全日制大专学历优先；

3、熟悉暖通群控系统、BA系统的操作经验的优先；

4、2年以上大型工厂中央空调设施实际操作维护经验；

5、持制冷上岗证；
