岗位职责：
1、负责甲乙方企业员工活动运营策略与活动方案的制定及落地，
2、活动宣传海报，视频，文字素材的设计与制作
3、根据活动效果和数据分析调整优化活动策略，***化活动效果，提升甲乙双方员工的满意度
4、与跨部门充分联动合力，保证整体活动项目正常推进。
任职资格
1、有活动策划，运营经验;
2、会做图，剪辑视频，有设计及相关专业软件操作能力
3、有想法，有活力，具有极强的创新思维
