Introduction

This position is responsible for management of Siemens Industrial Edge Market Place for China. Contribute with innovation trend, ecosystem setup, market place design and management including related business models. Support of implementation programs to the development of DI FA BU strategy.

What are my responsibilities?

Design Siemens Industrial Edge Market place.

Develop and optimize operation rules of the Market Place, establish and improve the management system of the Market Place, set operational target of market place according to actual business.

Monitor the implementation of the Market Place setup and the performance of the Market Place operation.

Responsible for collating and analyzing various data of the Market Place, such as APP and operation status of partners, and cooperating with relevant departments to manage partners.

Put forward effective suggestions for the optimization of APP products, and cooperate with relevant departments to implement them, push the continuous iterative optimization of APP.

Coordinate planning and completion of online promotion activities in the Market Place

According to the actual business of the Market Place, cooperate with the legal and security department, to handle all kinds of qualifications and licenses required for business development of the Market Place.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Expected education is Bachelor in Automation, Computer science or IT field

Rich knowledge of ecosystem maintenance, platform operation, cloud service management or competitors corresponding products

>3 years working experience

Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up

High proficiency English

Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen

Ability to collaborate across different function departments

Good presentation skills to present in front of technical and management audience

Quick learner and with good business sense

Teamwork spirit
