We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.
Principal responsibilities :
-Lead large/medium scale of Wholesale IT data analytics data engineering team to deliver data solutions, execute data strategy in his/her appointed domains
-Define and drive technology / solution roadmap by working closely with architecture functions in both IT and business
-Maintain a clear data / solution / application asset inventory, in order to support business & technology roadmap, compliance and regulatory auditing
-Effectively manages stakeholder expectations
-Responsible for people managing the team, help the team navigate thru organizational complex, effectively managing under-performers and develop talents properly.

Qualifications :
-Minimum of 10 years IT working experience
-Ability to lead engineering teams working on complex data solutions
-Proven experience on managing large-scale global/regional IT programme.
-Strong planning skills in order to manage multiple in parallel IT plans
-Possess a good understanding of HSBC IT processes.
-Sound knowledge on data technologies and good understanding on latest technology trends
-Excellent team management & people management skills
-Strong problem solving skills
-Excellent at spoken and written English
-Excellent presentation skills – Preparing and delivering presentation to senior executives
-Possess a good understanding on Agile development process
