工作内容/岗位要求：

1、高中以上学历，身心健康。

2、一年以上相关工作经验，掌握空调、制冷、供暖、通风系统的基本原理。

3、能操作完成空调系统日常的运行。

4、具备独立完成空调系统一般维护保养的工作能力。

5、有较强的责任心和动手能力。

6、有一定弱电方面的经验，包括能看懂楼宇BA操作，会门禁、监控等系统故障排除等经验优先考虑。

7、上级领导安排的其他工作。

8、做一休一，10:00-22:00。

技能要求/持证要求：

电工操作证；空调操作证，若还持有空调维修等级证/司炉证/楼宇智能管理证优先考虑。有相关等级证中级，可加300-500元/月。
