Responsibility:

 ·        Performance service visits to customers, including instrument relocations

 ·        Manage the respective service email, telephone response and remote log-in facilities for the respective product groups assigned, ensuring a timely response for service related issues. 

 ·        Produce working method statements and risk assessments for service related working within the factory and on customer’s sites. 

 ·        Adherence to all required user’s site safety regulations

 ·        Provide customer training in the factory and on-site where required

 ·        Produce/provide on-site service reports

 ·        Create and review Customer Service Instruction (CSI) documents as required

 ·        Ensure that the service section of CRM system is updated and maintained as required. 

 ·        Provide service support to the product departments 

 ·        Assist with and provide instrument factory testing and installations if required 

 ·        Test products in accordance with documented test procedures

 ·        Ensure all products meet required performance criteria

 ·        Ensure all products meet required quality and safety criteria

 ·        Maintain/produce factory test reports as required

 ·        Undergo cross-product training as required by the Customer Service Department (CSD) 

 ·        Install, maintain and repair high tech scientific equipment at customer sites both domestic and international 

 ·        Preventive maintenance visits

 ·        Rapid response to problems in the filed

 ·        Assist with installation of systems

 ·        Site inspections prior to installation 

 ·        Training of users

 ·        Other ad hoc assignment as assigned by line manager.           

Requirement:

 ·        Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engg/ Electronic & Communication Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ Instrumentation Engg

·        At least 5 years of experience in Electronics cum mechanical fault findings would be preferred.

 ·        High level of communication / interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

 ·        Must be self-motivated, able to work alone and with others (At all levels across the country)

 ·        Willing to travel in China

 ·        Good written & reading English skills

 ·        Pleasant telephone manner

 ·        Good organizational skills
