岗位职责：负责北京、上海、西安、成都地区办事处的内务工作及协助销售业务的开展工作。

岗位要求：

1、全面负责销售地区相关的收发件处理，相关的电子、纸质文件制作、建档、归类、整理工作（销货单、销售合同、快递单据、客户信息、发票情况）；

2、负责各类销售指标的报表统计，负责与总部协调做好地区与总部的各项工作；

3、确保应收账款的回收，保障公司和客户合作的良性循环；

4、协助销售人员日常销售活动的支持，协助销售完成业务交易；

5、协助销售人员制定年度销售推广活动（制定负责地区的展会活动），制定销售计划，达成销售指标；
