Manage and own a section and/or area of a process. Lead his/her subordinates to meet Plant set objectives. Set targets for continuous improvements on key indices such as Yield, Cost, Quality and Productivity and drives his organization to meet set targets.  Interacts with Divisions and support new Product and Process developments as well as Subcon activities.

Major Responsibilities  

1. Assembly Yield : Set Financial yield targets and drive team to achieve set targets. Conducts weekly reviews to ensure yields are on track.   

2. Cost : Develop cost saving initiatives for DM,I DM and toolings and drive to meet set targets and timelines. 

3. Process Control : Creates, review and release SOPs, FMEA, OCAP, control charts for all processes. Implement Cpk and SPC controls on critical processes.

4. Quality : Drive for Quality improvements on AOQ, LRR and conformance to Quality Standards. Fix Quality issues with 8D and timely release of on hold lots with effective corrective and preventive actions. 

5.  New Process/Package/Materials Introduction : Creates/Update process flows and/or affected SOPs and other related documents to reflect changes and ensure smooth and timely implementations. 

6.  Training and 2nd Tier Development : Plan and execute subordinates training per plan.  Develop 2nd tier subordinates.

7.  Safety and Environment : Drive team to adhere and meet safety and environment standards.                                

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above   

2. Above 5 years exp. in semi-conductor industry

3. 3 years in process management,   

4.  Familiar with Microsoft Office, Auto. CAD 

5. Knowledge of FMEA、SPC\And Quality Systems. Packaging and Product knowledge.   

6. Good Presentation skills. 

7. Strong leadership and organization skills. Forward looking and approachable.      

8. Good command of English.  both oral and written
