岗位职责：

1、负责协助经理处理公司日常事务；

2、协助部门起草各类策划文案、公文、工作计划总结，并做好部门各项会议记录，文件资料校对；

3、档案管理部门文件资料归类、整理、建档和保管工作；

4、部门物资（含资产）管理，申请、发放、盘点指定台账及时维护；

5、协助部门开展人力资源的日常招聘工作；

6、跟进收集部门各项工作进度情况，梳理收集汇报；

7、支持各项会议相关工作，通知、会议设备物资准备等；

8、部门员工资质统计分析（人员条件、持证情况、入职资料审核），输出分析整改报告；

9、根据工作情况配合部门完善员工花名册，跟进；

10、完成部门经理交办的其他工作。
