职位描述
工作职责
1. Deploys and monitors the implementation of Sales strategies and initiatives for the Customer and ensures the Contract Sales people are weekly focused on the Colgate Company priorities.
根据公司的销售策略及要求,制定清晰的活动安排,每周工作重点,落实并执行。
2. Delivers Monthly Sales goals through the effective placement of Sales team and resources management.
积极推进每月的销售指标,合理分配资源和团队管理。
3. Manages expenses within the budget. Is expected to track spending to ensure the budget is not exceeded.
根据公司的费用预算和要求,合理管理费用的使用情况。
4. Works with customers to set the business plan based on the company and channel strategies, conducts monthly Business Reviews.
根据公司的生意战略规划及渠道管理,与客户制定清晰的生意发展计划及定期进行生意回顾。
5. Creates the Best Place to Work environment – Works with each Contract Sales person to ensure they are trained to deliver the company’s expectations at store level.
营造良好的工作氛围,通过实地培训与协同拜访等形式,确保一线销售人员能充分理解公司的生意计划及门店执行策略。
6. Provides regular data from the filed on Initiatives, pricing, distribution, shelving, merchandising and competitive activity.
定期提供相关数据分析,如分销,货架陈列,促销情况,订单进度,门店销售情况,库存情况和竞品活动等信息。
7. Owns the specific Go-to-Market strategy for the Customer and ensures the contract sales people are appropriately deployed to meet the needs of the local Go-to-Market strategy.
为客户制定具体的销售策略,确保能有效的执行销售策略以满足当地的客户需要。
8. Travel depends on job requirements.
根据工作需求到外地出差。
