A famous foreign company recruits Cost Controller
Position: Cost Controller
Location: shenzhen
Responsibilities
? 1. Review of contractual terms relating to financial deliverables
? 2. Review of budget cash flow and identification
? 3. Identify payment security measures if required
? 4. Project financial follow up: The PFC is ensuring a value added analysis and support in monitoring operations
? 5. Provide Finance support to PM/Commercial, focal point for all finance queries
? 6. validates PM/cost accounting reconciliation working
? 7. produces/validates forecast ( calendarised view for cost progress)
? 8. provides main justifications concerning , revenue, margin forecasts/budgets
? 9. challenges PM for projects
? 10. participates to PM Reviews/project review meetings
? 11. produces/validates cash forecast
? 12. Coordinates off-balance sheet commitment (bank guarantee, parent company guarantee)
? 13. Accounting inputs: the PC is the interface between operations and accounting for monthly and quarterly project closing
? 14. Preparation of actual including accruals
? 15. calculates margin recognition on contract project
? 16. monitors project invoicing
? 17. review of financial provisions
? 18. Product costing analysis. Including costing run for FG standard price updated and actual cost analysis each month.
? 19. Preparation of operation reports. Including Weekly report and monthly reports etc.
? 20. Assist in Manufacturing and inventory cost management
? 21. Assist in Forecast & Budgeting
? 22. CAPEX controlling. Including maintain Fixed Assets master data in SAP. Make the Fixed assets list by department and annual Fixed assets stock take. Assist to other department in Capex controlling.
Competencies:
? ERP experience prefer in SAP – CO module
? Excellent PC skills especially MS Excel
? Skilful reading and speaking and writing in English required.
? Must work collaboratively with operations, project manager, process engineers, General Finance
? Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Someone who is adaptable to change and a fast pace environment.
? Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
? Ability to oversee financial impacts on operational information communicated by cost controllers
? Ability to deal effectively with deadlines
? Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
? Strong knowledge of IFRS
? Ability to analyze operational risks and anticipate events
? Budgetary control
? Project Management
? Process enhancement
