Responsibilities and Tasks

• Drive DIO Process Standardization, benchmarking and sites proliferation
• Work with various departments to align line management business rule, optimize various scheduling rules, and set up production report and indices
• Find opportunities in on time delivery and build innovative solutions
• Drive process improvement or project taskforce for inventory reduction
• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures and meet company inventory goals
• Develop initiatives to reduce slow moving inventory and to improve inventory turns
• Govern Inventory Process and System
• Maintain and optimize inventory through analysis, communication, and education of line management.
• Work closely with the leadership team of site production and related organizations (such as Global Quality, Product Engineering and NPI) to address opportunities/ issues to ensure inventory is processing
• Drive Network Inventory reduction activities
• Supervise Inventory important metric and provide weekly report to inventory managers and management
• Generate inventory report and follow up with abnormal inventory reduction, such as lots on hold, scrap and retest

 

Requirement

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial System Engineering or a related field or study
• Recommended 3 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a semiconductor background
• Has knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control;
• Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
