KEY CHALLENGES
The key challenge is responsible for liaison with internal department and external government al authority to maintain effective HSE programs and how to create good HSE culture.

INTERNAL CONTACTS
This position need work closely with Zhuhai site team to maintain effective HSE programs and create good HSE culture, this position reports to HSE manager, his subordinates will is leader of security guards.

EXTERNAL CONTACTS
This position need communicate with local authorities to meet the all requirement of HSE compliance such as fire-fighting bureau, EPB, safety supervision administration, Hygiene administration, public security bureau, quality supervision and administration bureau and so on.

DEGREE OF AUTONOMY
This position needs work with Zhuhai team to implement SCMS and HSE programs to meet the requirement of HSE guideline and local regulation.

Experience & Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in related HSE fields;
2. Minimum 5 years HSE management experience;
3. Familiar with chemistries industrial management System experience;
4. Familiar with local HSE codes and standards;
5. Proficiency in both written & oral Chinese & English;
6. Familiar with MS Office.
7. Certificated safety engineer and register safety officer is necessary;
