岗位职责Job responsibilities：

  

1.     负责维修部工作计划及KPI的制定、实施及持续改进。

       He/ She should be responsible for the formulation, implementation and continuous improvement of work plan and KPI of Maintenance Department.

2.     负责公司所有设备和设施的维修与管理，制定并实施各种维护保养计划，安排设备的日常点检、保养。

       He/ She should be responsible for the maintenance and management of all company’s equipment and facilities, formulate and implement various maintenance plans, and arrange daily routine inspection and maintenance of the equipment.

3.     负责进行设备停机分析，并予以改进。

        He/ She should answer for equipment shutdown analysis and improvement.

4.     负责生产线改进，安装和调试新的设备， 并建立相应保养计划。

       He/ She should be responsible for improving overall equipment efficiency, installing and testing new machines, and establishing corresponding PM plan.

5.     负责日常人员安排、备件管理及工作场所5S管理。

        He/ She should have the ability to arrange maintenance manpower, organize the spare parts and 5S management of workshop.

6.     负责设备投入使用后的工艺文件编制及人员培训工作，并跟踪文件执行情况。

       He/ She could compile process documents and personnel training plan for maintenance technicians,

  and track the implementation when machines are put into use.

7.     部门领导安排的其它工作。

       Other duties and assignment of department leaders.

                              

任职要求Requirements:

  

1. 电气或机电一体化专业，统招大学专科及以上学历毕业；

  Major in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, graduated from Universities with College Degree or above;

2. 五年以上工厂设备维修经验，3年以上的设备管理工作经验, 设备维修经验丰富，动手能力强,了,解皮革机械者可优先考虑；

    More than five years working experience in factory workshop, rich experience in equipment maintenance, strong hands-on ability, who with knowledge of leather machinery is given priority to concern;

3. 英语四级或以上，能看懂英文资料，听说能力较好； 

   CET-4 or above, can read English material ，good spoken English;

4. 会CAD 制图；了解维修质量管理体系;

  Be able to make CAD drawings. understanding of maintenance quality management system;

5. 能够出差，能够带班。  

   Adapt to business trip and have ability of team leading.

 6. 责任心强，具备良好的职业操守和团队合作精神。

     Having strong sense of responsibility , professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
