Professional Experience: More than 5 years relevant experience,

1. ITL

2. Specialty Knowledge：Network LAN/WAN/VPN, Microsoft Windows series platform and relative Application, email server (Lotus note+), ERP, software & hardware of PC & Server Telephone system

3. Office software knowledge(word,excel, ppt)

4. Basic SAP Knowledge

工作职责描述  Responsibilities and Job Description

1. Provide support include the use of telephone switches ,PC , email system ,faxes, LAN and other IT system.

2. Train users for our Company approved applications/systems.

3. Manage mail server, domain controller, File & print server and other IT system.

4. Perform daily backups, update, and data security.

5. Maintain Server, PC ,Fax ,Copy machine and other IT equipment.

6. Responsible for complying with the current legislation, codes or practice and company procedures ensure IT system work in good status and legally.

7. Liaise with global IT and other teams in other countries.

8. Sourcing and Manager IT supplier.

9. Provide the 7x24 support when necessary.

10. Responsible for plant IT audit, support Corp IT audit, timely follow up the audit result and all recommendations, ensure all the corrections timely implemented.

11. Other projects and duties as assigned
