Responsibilities:

1. Independently handle the construction of the enterprise's internal learning platform and curriculum system, conduct interviews with requirements, and improve the online curriculum planning of the learning platform based on requirements.

2. Set up internal mentor resource pool and communicate with mentor to guide and complete courseware.

3. Assist in establishing and optimizing the competency model of key talents, establish talent profiles and files, and promote the establishment of a reserve talent selection system

4. Teambuilding, advancement of new recruits and other projects

5. Recruitment of some senior positions

Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of experience in advertising company or Internet company

2. PPT production and presentation skills, independently responsible for courseware planning projects

3. Promote or implement related projects such as competency model building, talent inventory, talent evaluation, etc.

4. Passion and good affinity, good communication skills, excellent spoken English
