职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY:

Plan, manages, and directs the company’s Human Resources Department. Establishes internal controls to insure the company is compliant with local, and Governmental Labor Laws, Leads the development and implementation of personnel policies, Report to the General Manager.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

B.S degree in Business, HR, Management, or a related field and seven (7) years experience in Human Resources Management with similar responsibilities. Must have demonstrated managerial skills in organizing, analyzing, planning and communicating. Must be fluent in Chinese and English.

*Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages the Human Resource/ Personnel functions.

2. Has a thorough understanding of and insure compliance and reporting with all applicable local and national labor laws and policies.

3. Oversees all hiring, providing only qualified candidates to Managers for review.

4. Is responsible for managing the administration of insurance and social benefits as approved by the General Manager.

5. Recommends salaries, bonuses, and merits for approval to the General Manager.

6. Is responsible for overall training and personnel development.

7. Knowledgeable of “Best-Practices” of in establishing performance based salary and pay structure.

8. Submits approved directives to operations and department managers outlining policy, program, or operations changes to be implemented.

9. Reviews and implements plans related to personnel, including contracts, reward and penalty policies, salary and bonus distribution, and organization implementation as approved by General Manager.

10. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.


WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work will take place in a combination office / shop environment. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call on occasion. While performing the duties of this job, employees may be exposed to mechanical or chemical processes requiring the use of personnel protective equipment.
