We are looking forward to a Finance Manager, APAC in Eaton’s Vehicle business, based in Shanghai, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
· Consolidating APAC entities revenue product line finance reporting, establishing strong visibility on product profitability and mix implication in APAC region.
· Providing support for backlog sales order analysis and tracking with plant
· Providing support for OBIEE project to plant across region
· Responsible for trade receivable, past due and credit limits review with plant, ensuring DSO and collection are under well management by sales, billing and shipping function
· Providing support on transfer pricing mid-year & annual review process with group and corporate tax department. Propose TP for intercompany transaction in the region. Analyze transfer pricing impact and set up proper transfer pricing for entities. Support to entities across regions regarding TP.
· Providing financial support to APAC marketing leader on product line profitability, and support sales and marketing teams pricing model.
· Providing PMI analysis support in every country
· Provide Ad Hoc Queries and Analysis related top line growth. As needed, reviewing various aspects of customer relationships including, but not limited to rebates, material recovery, logistics credits and accounts receivable. Timing responses and relationship leveraging is a crucial component to fulfilling this aspect of the job.
· Profitability analysis by customer, product line, country, market segment etc. and provide insight analysis and information to support and drive business performance. The primary focus of these methodologies is to enhance understanding of margin and overall profitability of business segments.
· Customer Credit limits review with the Sales department, in order both to control and limit the credit risk and reduce the amount of the credit given by the company without hampering the business.
· Monthly sales growth and program analysis to ensure a complete and comprehensive picture and understanding of sales performance vs. market by country, segment etc.
· Tracking and analyze pricing by customer and program. A clear record and tracking of pricing performance for actual vs. budgetary pricing and provide insight analysis to business for pricing strategy
· Work with commercial team for contract management and commercial term analysis
· AR/DSO management and work with plants to improve collection
· Special projects as assigned.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA and/or CMA preferred
· 8+ years working experience; commercial finance experience and strategic mind-set preferred
· Knowledge of manufacturing and shown ability to initiate and drive cost down projects.
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
· Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operations analyzes/reports.
· Possess working knowledge of systems technologies.
· General knowledge of all functional areas supported of Supply Chain, Credit and Sales and Marketing.
· An understanding of the tools currently available on the market which can improve efficiency in all areas of the organization. These include EBE, IT hardware and software; Total Quality Management, Finance best practices, Balance Performance Scorecard, Materials Management Techniques; Purchasing systems, manufacturing technology, etc.
· Working knowledge and understanding of major components of Oracle Financial applications.
· Excellent Excel skills
