TransPerfect, the world’s largest provider of language services and technology solutions for global business, is looking to incorporate new talents for PM openings in its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Department.

 

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for various data collection and annotation projects following TransPerfect’s and/or the client’s protocols
• Liaise and collaborate with various members of the production cycle to maximize quality and minimize issues
• Comply with best practices and other relevant and applicable procedures
• Maintain project records and notes within internal tracking systems
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the job to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage changes to the project scope or schedule
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Perform other special projects or duties when required

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently with strong ownership
• Outstanding ability to identify problems and provide solutions
• Highly developed computer and technological skills
• Tech-savvy (the job will involve interaction with a number of devices and software)
• Willing to work remotely, and flexible to work with team members in different time zones
• Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural global environment a plus
