岗位职责：  

1. 协助建立人事行政管理相关制度，并组织实施；
2. 项目薪资数据汇总、核算、发放；
3. 社保开户、员工缴纳（新增、减少）；
4. 项目重大决策的起草、研讨及发文；；
5. 协调处理外事接待活动，妥善处理各种对外事务；
6. 负责组织各部门的信息传递工作，保证各部门信息沟通顺畅；
7. 项目筹建前期开户、注册等相关工作；

  任职要求：

 1、本科及以上学历，管理类相关专业，性别不限

 2、3年以上人事行政或者薪酬管理岗位工作经验

 3、具有优秀公文撰写功底和沟通能力

 4、熟练使用office办公软件及相关基本软件

 5、抗压能力强，沟通能力强，性格乐观

 薪资待遇：5000-6000元/月（社保五险）

 上班地点：成都市高新区天府大道28号茂业中心B座5F成都粮食集团
