Job Description

 

As a MXA QA Sr Engineer, Excr & QA Hold Management, you will be responsible for working with GQ, PE, TSP and MXA site teams (Planing, MFG, Eng) to manage materials affected by quality excursions and other hold reasons and maintain the hold inventory at a healthy level.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate Excr MRB and rescreen meetings to discuss the materials disposition strategies with MRB team and related stakeholders.
Data analysis of the contained materials (eg: work with Data Science to identify the clean/actual affected materials) and follow up with GQ PQRA and CND for disposition.
Oversee the MXA site engineering support activities (eg: experiment,data collection) to help MRB team to efficiently make the disposition of the affected materials.
Coordinate site departments for effective and efficient execution of affected materials (ie. Site rescreen calibration meeting)
Mange QA Hold Inventory at a healthy level by driving MRB team and other hold owners to timely dispo the materials to support the site business need.
Timely summarize and communicate the impact and disposition progress of the excr/hold event in department and site meetings or other forums.
Co-work with GQ, CND and Site PQE, Data Science to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of containment and disposition business process, systems and methodologies.
 

Education Required

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Material/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical field.

More than 5 years work experience in quality field in semiconductor or electronics industry
Knowledge of Micron MAM/SAP system, attribute interactions is a preference.
Familiar with MRB lot containment and disposition process.
Self-motivated and hardworking.
Willing to accept different assignments within the QA operations group;
Good English communication and presentation skills.
Strong logic thinking, data analysis and data interpretation skills
Ability to handle occasional high stress situations in a professional manner
