职位描述
1、协助领导完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
2、各项规章制度监督与执行；负责事务督办，档案管理、合同管理等；
3、负责部门考勤统计，人员招聘，人员档案的管理，员工各项证明及其他相关人事事项的办理；
4、负责公司相关费用的支付审核，相关报表的制作；
5、负责部门内活动的组织等。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，******优先；
2、1年以上相关工作经验，熟悉办公软件操作；
3、性格开朗活泼、积极乐观，工作认真负责，具有较强的责任心；
4、具有良好的人际沟通技巧和团队合作精神；
5、有机动车驾驶执照者优先。
工作时间：早9:00-晚17:30 五险一金、双休、法定假日休息
