Job Overview概述

?    Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, he/she is responsible for the management and safety of the store and the receipt and record of aviating material.

Roles & Responsibility

角色及责任

·         Inspect all incoming spares/parts per airworthiness requirements and purchase order requirements. 

·         根据适航要求和采购要求检查所有入库零备件。

·         Create receivers, check items against incoming Delivery Notes. 

·         创建收货信息，根据送货通知单核对货物。

·          Inspect all outgoing spares (surplus sales) and AMAS Components (Serviceable units being returned to customers) per airworthiness requirements.

·         根据适航要求检查所有出库零备件（销售剩余）和AMAS组件（返给客户的有用组件）。

·         Highlight on any noted discrepant items received to Kitting Flow Leader.

·         与配套采购负责人核查任何与收货信息明显不符的货物。

·         Raise Stores Discrepancy Notes for all discrepant items and liaise with the Procurement Staff for the disposition of such products.

·         发现任何与实际货物不一致的库存差异，并与采购人员沟通处理办法。

·         Pick aircraft spares for outstanding job.

·         根据生产需求挑选飞机零备件。

·         Bin aircraft spares and allocate bins for new items. 

·         合理配置使用仓储资源。

·         Maintain a register for shelf-life items and monitoring their expiry/disposal.

·         对库存航材做到物账相符，处置不合格及逾期航材。

·         Maintain a register for quarantine store.

·         维护隔离贮存仓的货物登记。

·         File and maintain all receivers and aircraft spares certifications.

·         存档并维护所接收货物和飞机组件的所有认证证书。

·         Assist the Shipping Team in packing components, gears and other aircraft parts if assigned by the reporting Kitting Flow Leader.

·         根据需要，协助运输团队包装组件/齿轮和其它飞机组件。

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

·         Any other tasks as assigned.

上级主管分配的其它工作。

·         To coach, mentor and lead the Store team (Applicable to Senior Store Inspector)

培训/指导和带领库管团队成员（适用于高级仓库检查员）。

Job Requirements要求

·         Junior college degree in Engineering, Materials Management or other related disciplines

·         工程、材料管理、其他相关学科大专以上学历。

·         Take the training of aviation material management from CAAC

接受中国民航局的航材管理培训

Professional Experience 职业经历

   ·         Thorough knowledge of Quality Control procedures relating to acceptance, binning and re-issuance of aircraft parts.

·         深入了解飞机组件验收、装仓和发放的质量控制流程。

·         Ability to execute store-keeping functions such as binning, receiving, issuing and shipping of related products. ·         能够执行仓库管理员的职能，如入库、仓储、出库和运输。

·         Minimum 2 year relevant experience in Store/Logistic/Warehouse management

·         至少2年仓储/物流管理的相关经验。 ·              

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills 特长技巧

·         Computer literate (Strong in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Excel and MS Words)

·         具备基本电脑操作能力，擅长Office办公软件如Excel和Word的使用。

·         Preferably possess driving licenses.

·         具备驾驶执照（C照）者优先。

·         Able to operate a forklift is preferred, Holder of PSA Certificate for operating forklifts

·         具备叉车操作能力，有叉车操作证书者优先。

·         SUP Training (Suspect Unapproved Part)

·         接受过SUP培训。

·         Take the training of aviation material management from CAAC
