Job Summary职位概述:

Ensure the development of products to cost, quality and schedule targets.

保证产品按时交付并符合成本和时间要求;

Provide the regional organisation with necessary technical support.

Seek for cost improvements on existing products as request by the company.

Work closely with the other regional development groups sharing knowledge, skills, and solutions if needed.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:

Analyze new project Market Requirement, and reasonably estimate work effort and development duration for electronics product design.

对新项目进行需求分析并合理的估计电子设计部分的工作量和开发周期;

Participate in system architecture design together with other project members.

与项目团队一起建立系统架构方案;

Based on market requirement, make high level and specific electronics circuit design.

根据项目需求进行电路的方案设计和详细设计;

Perform electronics circuit unit test and integration test.

进行电路的单元测试及集成测试;

Compose design document as requested by process.

按照流程要求编写项目相关的设计文档;

On site commissioning and debugging if needed.

必要时赴工程现场调试和解决问题;

Any other duties and responsibilities required from time to time.

上级领导临时安排的其他任务。

Authorization 授权：

1, To review Market Requirement, Technical Specification and other technical related technical document.

评审市场需求规范，技术规范以及其他技术相关的文件;

2. On behalf of Technical Department to attend any occasion involving technical issues.

代表研发部出席任何涉及产品技术的场合;

3. When being authorized, decide technical solutions.

在授权下确定技术方案;

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格

Education &Qualifications

1, Bachelor degree holder or above.

本科及以上学位;

2, Major in EE or automation.

计算机硬件、电子工程或自动化及相关专业;

3, CET – 4 and above.

英语四级及以上;

Experience工作经验:

1, At least 6 years' electronics circuit R&D experience.

6年以上电路研发工作经验;

2, Work experience in Fire industry is a strong plus.

消防行业工作经验优先;

3, Better to have high quality product development experience, e.g. medical instrument

有高质量产品开发经验优先;

4, Experience of International company is a plus

有外企工作经验优先

Professional Competencies专业能力/技能：

1, Rich experience in analogue and digital circuits design.

出色的模拟、数字电路设计能力;

2, Be familiar with RS232/485, SPI and I2C.

熟悉RS232/485, SPI 和I2C的电路设计;

3. Rich experience in circuit design of MCU.

丰富的单片机电路板设计经验;

4, Better to be familiar with GB16806 fire alarm relevant Standards.

***熟悉中国消防报警相关的标准，如GB16806

5, Big plus for being familiar with UL or EN54 Fire alarm relevant Standards.

6, Communication skill and interpersonal skill.
