Directly reports to Regional Key Account Leader, Truck

Purpose: To sell products to TRUCK OEMS in appointed areas.

Job Summary:
? Improve customer satisfaction.
? Ensure and extend relationship between strategic/large customers and CVCS (WABCO).
? Drive customer focus and manage VOC.

Key Responsibilities:
? Single point of contact for customer relationship management (understand VOC and account management responsibility) of customers
? Actively identify and pursue business opportunities
? Drive RFI and RFQ processes about Truck customers
? Negotiate development contracts
? Manage development and change process progress (Global Change Control)
? Facilitate SOP, PPAP
? Negotiate price, terms and conditions
? Communicate VOC regarding QCD targets
? Align with Truck PJM team

Key Qualifications:
Professional Competence:
? Commercial Vehicle industry key account management sales experience (local brand or JV brand)
? Successful and proven performance in sales and automotive industry for more than 7-8 years.
? Strong project management skills
? Intimate customer knowledge
? Bachelor in automotive or engineering related discipline
? Strong negotiation skills
? Engineering background preferred
? Business acumen

Specialty skills:
? Excellent communication skills
? Good written and oral English skill, German language as the second foreign language is plus.

Others:
? Willingness to travel, high motivated.
