Responsibility

1.Responsible for projecr due diligence and research report writing under the leadership of relevant person in charge of the company;

2.Collated data, collated and wrote public acconts and documents collation;

3.Participate in the training of sales and management skills, interpersonal communication skills, artworks and cultural accomplishment, and the implementation and supervision of related projects;

4.The talent reserve of the company reserve projects;

5.Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

6.Participate in and cooperate with the formulation  and supervision of the company’s personnel system;

7.Participate in and cooperate with the recruitment and management of the company;

8.Complete data collation and analysis of financial statements of listed companies under the leadership of relevant leaders or independently ;

9.Write financial analysis reports of listed companies under the leadership of relevant leaders or independently.

Expericence

1.Master’s degree or above; Non-Chinese nationality, having study abroad in China or having parents who have settled abroad, holding non-Chinese nationality;

2.Active working attitude and willing to learn and improve myself;

3.Good stress resistance and self-regulation ability are required;

4.Positive and healthy life attitude, able to get along well with colleagues;

5.Strong logical analysis ability, capable of writing reasearch reports and data analysis and processing under the guidance of leaders;

6.Good management ability, qualified for the management post after the company’s training and assessment;

7.Good marketing awareness, can communicate with relevant departments or institutions to plan and organize marketing programs and activities;

8.Good potential of comprehensive ability, and greater willingness to rise;

9.Able to complete work taska excellently under great work pressure,and have scientific and reasonable methods to dissolve emotional fluctuation caused by pressure;

10.Positive, solidarity and mutual assistance, not extreme, not complaining, can achieve the understanding, tolerance and trust of leaders and colleagues.
