Job Description

For POC LDA, we are looking for a Project Associate of Strategy & Marketing department.

You will be responsible as assistant for the as well as for the department organization of all administrative and clerical duties e.g. arrange meetings update records, order management and handling, sales excellence supporting, project execution coordination, etc. You will support to ensure a smooth operational organization and therefore ensure our further ambitious growth.

What are my responsibilities?

- Support daily department manager tasks

- Sales activities supporting and recording

- Project execution coordination

- Daily office and team administration work support

- Arranging meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes where required

- Support in organizing workshops/seminars

- Take care on matters which require communication, coordination and clarification for business required

- Handling, typing and distribution of daily correspondence, such as letters, memos, E-mails, reports, minutes of meetings, etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Fluent in verbal and written English

- Good at MS Office software: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook

- Open minded thinking and result-orientation with strong execution ability

- Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen

- Teamwork capabilities

- Good intercultural sensitivity

- Quick and passionate learner

- Bachelor or above
