Job Descriptioin:
Assist line manager to design talent acquisition strategy aligned with company's core vale and HR strategy. 根据任仕达集团总部及任仕达中国核心价值以及HR战略,协助用人部门制定招聘策略并予以执行和跟进。
Partner with line managers on recruitment activities, lead and execute daily recruitment operation.与业务部门负责人共同制定招聘计划,执行并交付日常招聘项目。
Broaden and utilize various channels to the development and improvement of effective recruitment channels, so as to map the market, build talent pools and improve employer branding.拓宽和利用各种方式确保引入和维护有效的招聘渠道,更新市场研究,建立任仕达大中华区人才库并助力提升任仕达雇主品牌。
Lead and maintain Gllue System, such as recruiting process record, talent pools maintenance, system OAQ solutions, draft system report etc. 主导并维护谷露系统:招聘流程录入,人才库维护,系统问题答疑,准备各类招聘数据报表等。
Lead and maintain candidate on-line assessment system, and provide professional interpretation to the assessment report. 主导并维护候选人在线测评系统,对于测评结果提供专业的解读。
Other tasks from line managers. 上级领导交办的其他任务。
Job Requirements:
Education 教育
Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
Experience 经验
5+ year hiring experience, headhunting experience will be a plus. 5年以上招聘工作经验, 有猎头行业从业经验者佳
Competencies专业能力
1. Solid hiring experience, dealing with both candidate and LM side and leading to placement招聘实操经验丰富,能有效对接候选人及用人部门需求,促成人岗匹配;
2. Can provide TA insights and customized hiring solutions to LM according; 能为用人部门提供有针对性的招聘解决方案;
3. Good command of English and can work in bilingually; 良好的英语能力;
4. Multi-tasks and adaptive to changes. 适应多任务工作并能自我调整适应各类内外部变化。
