职位描述
Specific task:
1) Manage and maintain the stable performance of NT/Unix servers, exchange Servers, Web servers, etc
2) Help Desk Support for Users both local and remote on Windows, Exchanges, MS Offices, VPN, etc.
3) Maintain User Security and server security
4) Monitoring all server backups and server status
5) Follow ITSM&ITPM general IT process control to ensure system liabilities.
6) Takes the lead on next step problem analysis and action plan implementation
7) Independently identifies problem/bug and isolates and identifies complex product problems
8) meticulously, consistently, and clearly documents system problems and general problem resolution information.
9) Resolves escalated technical issues and manage end user concerns as necessary.
Requirement:
1)College degree above in computer science or related disciplines;
2)At least 3 years experience in related area
3)Proficiency in more than one of the company's technologies.
4)Rich experience with networking and server operation;
4)Fluent in English

Since 1994 Arnold Umformtechnik Gmbh & Co.Kg.belongs to the Wuerth group and it's a well established and renowned company in the international market with a history of more than 110 years in manufacturing screws and special cold-forging parts.
In order to meet the requirement and demanding of fasteners products from international customers, Arnold Fasteners (Shenyang) co., ltd. was founded on May 17, 2007 in China. The plant of Arnold Shenyang sites is located in Wuerth Industrial Park, Dadong district Shenyang, started the production in October 2008.
The fasteners products of Arnold mainly applied in automotive and electronics industries. Combine with high-quality fastener technology and excellent service. Arnold will provide high-quality fasteners to China as well as the world's market.
