工作职责和范围 Principal Duties and Responsibilities：

1、了解本岗位的操作规程，严格按照规程执行生产，不得按照自己的意愿随意操作。

Learn the operation instruction and obey with the instruction.  The operation coming from self will is not allowed

2、对生产中容易出现的产品缺陷的不规范项，及时反应给当班班长或者上级领导。

Should report to the group leader or the upper management once finding the nonconformity leading to the quality defects.

3、熟悉自己所在岗位的安全、环境和职业健康危害，作好防护。

Be familiar with the safety, environment and danger of the work place and do the prevention well.

       4、开班点检设备，填写点检表。核实模具状态，首罐产品检验确认合格后连续生产。注意操作手法，减少废品产生。

Start the inspection equipment and fill out the checklist. Verify the mold status, and the first tank product inspection is confirmed to be qualified and continuous production. Pay attention to the operation method and reduce the waste generated.

5、对生产中的质量控制记录表格，要及时的记录，并且要如实的记录。

Do record timely and correctly on the quality control record.

6、遵守公司的劳动纪律，强化自己的思想认识，作好自己的本职工作。

Obey with the company discipline and do self work well.

7、作好自己工作岗位内的5S维护，严格按照5S的要求来执行。

Maintain the 5S well and obey with the 5S instruction.

8、注意保管自己使用的生产工具，作好自己岗位内设备的日常保养，爱护公司设备。

Keep self production tool well. Keep the daily equipment maintenance well.

9、能适应倒班安排。

      Be able to adapt to the shift arrangements.

固恩治（青岛）工程橡胶有限公司成立于1995年，位于山东省青岛市市北区大沙路17号乙，占地约13,288平方。公司目前主要有HCS和AC业务单元组成，生产汽车用橡胶软管、空气弹簧、工业胶管等产品。
