Introduction

For Siemens Technology (T) in Beijing, we’re looking for Applied Research & Technical Consultant for Industrial AI at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?

• Solution design and hands-on data analytics-based POC for customer requirements;
• Technical consulting on industrial AI-related topics, like AI application planning, data management & processing, AI technology roadmap design, etc.;
• Working together with data scientist and development team on customer requirement-driven algorithm and solution innovations cross industries;
• Hands-on evaluation of cutting-edge AI technology and platforms.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent;
• 2+ years experience on machine learning and data mining algorithms in Python, neural network & deep learning is preferred;
• 3+ years experience on data analytics and AI-related customer projects, industrial project experience is preferred;
• Experience on data management or data analytics-related consulting is preferred;
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and good team player;
• High enthusiasm to explore different possibilities with the team and customers;
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on data management / data governance-related projects;
• Experience on data analytics application/solution design and development;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
