岗位职责：

1. 根据招聘计划，独立开展招聘工作，与各部门保持密切沟通，在规定时间内完成招聘任务；
2. 负责为西安site各业务部门提供招聘支持与协调，进行简历甄别（简历筛选、电话约访、面试评价、入职跟进等），确保满足公司的用人需求；
3. 协助西安site各业务部门做好员工关系管理，公司员工入职、离职、考勤等；
4. 协助西安site员工培训的沟通协调，协调安排新员工入职培训，并协助各业务部门跟踪新员工试用期间的表现；
5. 协助公司企业文化建设；协助员工活动组织、策划和安排；
6. 与公司总部HR部门保持密切沟通，协助向西安site传达，执行公司总部制定的各项人事政策和制度
7. 根据实际需要，协助西安site实习生及外包员工的日常人事管理
8. 完成领导布置的其他工作。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，有IC设计公司人力资源经验优先；
2. 五年以上人事相关经验，三年以上招聘经验，熟悉西安本地IC招聘市场；
3. 熟悉人力资源招聘、员工关系、培训等规定和流程，熟悉劳动法和西安本地与劳动者相关的法规政策 （如社保，档案等）；
4. 熟练使用MS office 软件；
5. 性格外向开朗，善于沟通，做事积极主动，能够创造性的思考并解决问题，具备高度的工作责任心、良好的推动能力与执行力。
