1. Involved in new project development from G10 to G90

2. Document processes (includes creation of flow chart, PFMEA, set-up sheets, SOPs and work instructions)

3. Prepare tooling cost list

4. Toolings acceptance and handover to production

5. Create samples order and samples production

6. Perform new project run&rate and handover to production according to standards

7. C/T measurement and capacity analysis

8. Optimize process for quality and process rate

9. Support production activities by providing  process and equipment troubleshooting services.

10. Train Production operators about basic machine knowledge.

11. RFQ for ICO business

12. Others required by Manager

Education / Certification:  

University degree or above, preferably in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, chemistry or related discipline

Professional Experience:

1. 3 or more years of professional experience in various process engineering functions or project management

2. cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, production or CBS preferred

 Project and/or Process Experience:

Comprehensive experience in rubber and plastic production processes and ramp-up projects

1. Rubber and plastics tooling, processing and production equipment

2. Rubber and plastic product knowledge (functionalities and applications)

3. Project management skills, tools and techniques

4. FMEA,PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA

5. IATF16949

6. Skills of office software, e.g. word, excel, SAP.

7. Fluent in English and Chinese
