Task:

           Process the daily maintenance work of facilities euipment and record the working content;

·           Making preventibe maintenance anual plan for facilities equipment, and orginize the implementaion;

·           Definition of spare parts for facilities equipment and management;

·           Troubleshooting and problem solving, and continuously taking meansures for improvement;

·           Monitoring and controlling KPIs, e,g, downtime, power consumption; 

·           Continuous improvement on the working safety , cost saving and working efficiency;;

·            Instruct the daily work of maintenance technician according personal skill;

·            Cooperate with manager and foreign project engineer to process the work in new equipment，infrastructure and management system project.

·             On behalf of maintenance dept. to organize the related training.

Requirements:

·           Bachelor degree or above profession in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or equivalent, with at least 5 year’s relevant experience;

·           Proficient with PC and MS office, Solid works, Auto-CAD software application;

·           With abundant maintenance experience, excellent understanding of machine;

·           Good knowledge in mechanics,electric, HAVC, geothermal, Have ability to maintenance work according to the drawings, sketches and instructions;

·           Solid in hand, good analysis capability, teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills;

·           Good communication and coordination skills;

·           Good knowledge of English and compute
