职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support including managing Leader’s schedule, preparing traveling plans, and making appointments
2. Manage reimbursement processes for Leader’s business trip and business expenses
3. Assist in organizing internal and external meetings
4. Support data analysis, preparing slides and developing meeting minutes
5. Help onboard new colleagues and develop team engagement activities
6. Be proactive to additional responsibilities necessary for the team operations

Requirements:
1. High learning agility and proactive in solving problems
2. 2-3 years administrative experiences and / or project management experiences
3. Bachelor’s degree or above from well-recognized institutes
4. Good level of verbal and written English skills
5. Strong in communication and basic stakeholders management
6. Strong Microsoft skills
7. Strong sense of accountability and team-oriented mindset
