Mission
For DI FA Business Unit, we are looking for a Management & Team Assistant of Strategy & Product Management department.
You will be responsible as assistant for the department manager as well as for the department organization of all administrative and clerical duties e.g. arrange meetings and appointments, prepare and plan business trips, update records, order management and handling. You will support to ensure a smooth operational organization and therefore ensure our further ambitious growth.
What are my responsibilities?
- Support daily department manager tasks
- Daily office and team administration work support
- Travel arrangement planning, booking and cost claiming
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes where required
- Support in organizing workshops
- Timely collection of all signed documents as well as pre-clarifications
- Take care on matters which require communication, coordination and clarification among department and section managers, team colleagues, and other BUs if required
- Handling, typing and distribution of daily correspondence, such as letters, memos, E-mails, reports, minutes of meetings, etc.
- Document translation and management
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Good at MS Office software: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
- Open minded thinking and result-orientation with strong execution ability
- Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
- Teamwork capabilities
- Good intercultural sensitivity
- Quick and passionate learner
- Bachelor or above
