1.   Process customer enquiry in regards of after sales machine tool spare part

2.   Confirm leadtime and availability via SAP or with overseas factories;

3.   Keep communication with factories about the parts delivery quality;

4.   Prepare SAP quotations, administrate the customer order and transfer customer order into internal order;

5.   Review consumption data and set up safety stock requirements;

6.   Collaborate with logistics in regards of import information;

7.   Monitor leadtime and payment status and escalate to Manager if needed;

8.   Prepare weekly and monthly reports;

9.   Develop spare parts sales plan;

10. Other jobs as assigned.

 Requirements

1.   Passionate do deliver the best service to our customer;

2.   Intersted in Mathematics;Commerce;Econimic;Administration;

3.   Good communication, team work and presentation skills;

4.   Knowledge in SAP preferred;

5.   Above 3 years work related experience;

6.   Good english listening and writing skill.
