    1)    负责公司产品的技术资料和合同的整理与管理；

    2)    根据市场营销计划，配合公司各部门或渠道商执行营销计划；

    3)    负责公司合同印章保管，负责与渠道商签订合同；

    4)    负责合同执行情况的跟踪，协助渠道商及其他客户完成合同的执行；

    5)    合同货物的发货督促，收货回执管理，回款统计，账期核对；

    6)    负责销售人员的考勤统计，绩效核算；

    7)    货物增值税发票的开具；

    8)    各个商务网站账户的管理、日常的维护；

    9)   购买招标文件，投标文件的制作；

   10）根据公司需要，其他有关事情的执行。

任职要求：

    1)   大专及以上学历，营销管理、电子通讯、计算机、机电、消防工程等相关专业；

    2)    相关工作经验者优先；

    3)    勤奋好学，待人热情，思路清晰；

    4)   精通office软件、PDF软件等常用的办公软件。
