 1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标 

 处置产线日常停机，实施TPM保养工作，及时反馈产线设备问题。Daily line breakdown problem solving，implement of TPM，timely feedback and follow up of line equipment problems. 2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES  

主要职责 

 2.1 Breakdown problem solving of production line equipment, efficiently support daily production. 维修生产线设备，有效支持生产。 

 2.2 Pay attention to the status of line equipment to find the potential equipment problems，timely feedback and follow up. 关注产线设备状态，对产线进行巡检，及时发现设备潜在问题点，并反馈跟踪。 

 2.3 Breakdown analysis, try to find the root cause and take actions to improve breakdown rate，MTTR/ MTRF and OEE.       查找设备问题真因，制定设备问题预防改进方案，改善停机率，MTTR/MTBF，OEE等目标。 

 2.4 Troubleshooting, lesson learn, maintenance WI，mainly for the mechanical problems.       总结并学习维修维护的经验，参与编写维修维护WI，主要针对机械类设备问题。 

 2.5 Effective implement of TPM.       按照要求有效实施 TPM。 

 2.6 Spare parts requirement report and reduce unnecessary consumption and unnecessary usage of spare parts, mainly for the mechanical spare parts.       及时汇报备件需求，降低不必要的耗费和零配件的使用，主要针对机械类备件。 

2.7 Support the optimization and update for line equipment ，support machine acceptance.       支持产线设备升级，设备改造,设备验收工作。 

 2.8 Participate in all the activities of  lean production：safety report，5S，sharp eyes，etc. 参与公司各类精益生产相关改善活动，如安全提案，5S，sharp eyes 等等。 

2.9 Assist maintenance supervisor to achieve other tasks.       协助维修主管完成其他维修相关工作任务。 

2.10 Window person： Collect line equipment issues, organize or participant maintenance related meetings, train technicians，responsible for TPM management and maintenance cost reduction.维修窗口人员还要完成以下工作： 收集产线信息，参加维修相关会议，培训维修技师，负责TPM体系,完成维修成本降低目标。

 

3.     KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求 

3.1 Basic English in both oral and written       具备基本英语沟通（读、写） 

3.2 Skilled in use of computer.       能够熟练使用计算机 

3.3 Must be evaluated and achieve the minimum requirement as defined in the skill matrix evaluation       assessment.    需满足并达到该岗位技能矩阵的最低胜任力要求。

 

 4.     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ 教育及经验要求 

4.1 Minimum 2 years experience in Equipment maintenance area       至少两年设备维修相关经验 

4.2 College or above education in mechanical engineering      机械工程类专业大专及以上学历 4.3 Experiences in automation technology, electrics, PLC, pneumatics       具备自动化技术、电气、PLC、气动等方面工作经验
