Job Description

Mission: Develop company’s risk process, credit policy and portfolio management strategy. Monitor and streamline risk process to ensure both credit quality and efficiency are achieved.

•Take responsibilityfor the team’s target achievement to ensure smooth business performance.

•Align sub-teams andother functions to form synergy in order to provide comprehensive riskproposal for management improvement.

•Ensure all saleschannel – introducers are properly assessed and managed both risk andbusiness wide to facilitate stable business development.

•Lead to analysisoverdue trend and to identify red flags in the portfolio. Work with other functions to address anyred flats identified and recommend further action.

•Lead to perform ad hocportfolio analysis/project.

•Lead to convert the experience/ lessons learnt into company knowledge via Sales & Risk Strategy, andrelevant operating guidelines. With a focus on balancing businessdevelopment and risk management.

•Monitor the businessdevelopment and timely record the deviation in order to ensure thebusiness goes along the right direction and, if necessary, timely adjustthe direction according to market change or portfolio performance.

•Forecast credit hits developmentvia establishing effective/practical tools. Work closely with collectionsand workout to ensure that the portfolio is adequately provisionedaccording to company policy.

•Lead processimprovement and other digitalization projects for Risk team.

•Support on peopledevelopment plan for team members to ensure a constructive workingenvironment.

Requirements:

•10 years experience inRisk management or Compliance area with financial institutions.

•At least 5 years ofworking experience in a multicultural environment.

•People managementexperience is a must.

•Outstanding analysisand presentation skills

A high standard of spoken and written English is required
