Located in Xi’an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ) with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters occupying 190 Mu of land, BlueScope Building System (Xi’an) Co. Ltd. is the operation of a new joint manufacturing facility that incorporates two main manufacturing lines: the BUTLER™ manufacturing facility for PEBs (pre-Engineered Buildings) and the LYSAGHT® manufacturing line
The further expansion of current BlueScope Steel’s manufacturing capabilities in China reflects a strong demand in the rapidly growing building and construction markets in China’s Central West for BlueScope Steel’s premium sustainable steel products, solutions and pre-engineered buildings. We are committed to continuing to support China’s construction industry, particularly in the Central West region, and work together with our customers in providing the market with world-class building solutions.

A Model for Steel Building Structure: The new state-of –the-art facility in XHTZ consists of main office, ancillary office, raw material warehouse and manufacture plant that were being commissioned by utilizing BlueScope Steel’s premium quality branded roofing and wall solutions. The design and construction of the new premise is a reflection of BlueScope Steel’s innovative technology that embodies our approach to smart manufacturing, building, design and environmental sustainability whereby also becoming a platform to showcase BlueScope Steel’s technical expertise and familiarity working with steel to attain the best result.
3. 世界级的现代化工厂：博思格西安工厂拥有轻、重钢主结构生产线，及十余条高效率金属屋、墙面板生产线，年设计生产能力达到十二万吨，是西部地区规模最大的预制金属生产厂。其中，全套轻钢结构生产线采用世界上最先进的主钢结构自动化流水线，全部设备均从美国进口。
The Modern Manufacturing Facility: The new facility will extend our current manufacturing and product line with additional capacity that includes light weight frame structure line, heavy frame structure line and over ten of roll forming manufacture lines with an estimate annual production capacity of more than 120,000 tons. The base will fast achieve the largest production scale in manufacturing pre-engineered steel products in China’s Central West Region. In addition, the facility employs advanced automatic light-weight manufacture lines which adopts the latest industry-leading manufacturing and processing technology imported from the U.S.
