职位描述
职责义务：
1. 协助部门经理收集项目信息，建立项目档案并随时维护，更新。
2. 每周与项目经理进行沟通，制定项目运输预测和项目应收帐款报告，对公司下几个月的运输状况进行评估。根据项目状态，及时与客户沟通，询问客户对公司的满意度，并上报给管理层和相关部门。
3. 每周，汇总，分析安装顾问的报告，把现场反映出来的重大问题及时反映给管理层和相关部门。
4. 每月，准备月报，对目前所有项目的数量，面积进行统计并及时上报给管理层。
5. 对后期需要维护，维修的项目进行处理，包括：报价，材料供应以及与业主交流等。
6. 对ROOF RUNNER的发放和回收进行有效控制，以满足现场需求。
7. 协同项目经理和部门经理对现场安装顾问的报销进行审核。
8. 购买并分发项目经理与安装顾问的安全防护设备。
9. 协助部门经理进行新员工的培训。
10. 负责在ERP系统里输入物料清单，并对该系统的项目模块进行维护，以及负责培训新员工。
11. 其它工作：项目归档，考勤记录，及时更新展板内容。
教育：
本科以上学历。
其它技能要求：
1. 语言技能：报告写作、业务书信以及回复上级管理者、客户以及建筑商所提问题所需的中英文交流技能。
2. 计算机技能：熟练掌握Windows2000，办公软件以及其它常用软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint等）。

A Model for Steel Building Structure: The new state-of –the-art facility in XHTZ consists of main office, ancillary office, raw material warehouse and manufacture plant that were being commissioned by utilizing BlueScope Steel’s premium quality branded roofing and wall solutions. The design and construction of the new premise is a reflection of BlueScope Steel’s innovative technology that embodies our approach to smart manufacturing, building, design and environmental sustainability whereby also becoming a platform to showcase BlueScope Steel’s technical expertise and familiarity working with steel to attain the best result.

The Modern Manufacturing Facility: The new facility will extend our current manufacturing and product line with additional capacity that includes light weight frame structure line, heavy frame structure line and over ten of roll forming manufacture lines with an estimate annual production capacity of more than 120,000 tons. The base will fast achieve the largest production scale in manufacturing pre-engineered steel products in China’s Central West Region. In addition, the facility employs advanced automatic light-weight manufacture lines which adopts the latest industry-leading manufacturing and processing technology imported from the U.S.
