Responsibilities:
主要职责
？ 负责工厂的厂房实施的安装, 维护,维修,包括采暖通风与空调系统, 空压机及其管道, 工厂电力分配系统, 以及工厂用水等等.
Plant facility installation, maintenance, repairing for HVAC system, air compressor system, Factory electric power system, Water.
？ 监督施工进度和质量.
Monitor the project process and the quality.
？ 负责制定设的预防性维护方案, 并监督执行.
Make the Preventive maintenance procedure and plan, Control and monitor its implementation.
？ 日常的维修以及备件的管理.
Daily repairing and spare parts management.
？ 分析维修和维护的记录, 提出持续改善的方案或建议.
Continuous improvement base on analyze the maintenance and repairing records and the other correlative information for the equipments and facilities.
？ 确保厂务设施的性能可以达到工厂运转的要求
Assure the facility equipment performance match operation requirement；
？ 经理分配的其他任务.
Other tasks are assigned by manager.
Qualifications Required:
人员要求
？ 大学毕业, 机电工程以及相关专业.
uniiversity degree Major in Mechanical & electrical engineering.
？ 三年以上厂房实施维护和管理工作经验, 供应商的协调和管理经验.
Three years working experience on facility management, and also good experience on facility supplier management.
？ 具备采暖通风与空调系统, 压缩空气系统, 工厂电力分配等专业知识.
Good Knowledge on HVAC, Compressed air system, factory electric power system.
？ Have Low voltage maintenance electrician certificate, High voltage duty electrician certificate and Pressure Vessel Management Certificate
有低压维修电工证、高压值班电工证和压力容器管理证5.一般性工程图纸的设计和更改, 工程量的计算, 以及工程预算.
Project engineering drawing design, loading calculation and budgeting.能够熟练使用CAD绘图. 以及其他办公软件. Be familiar with CAD software , and also other office applications .

？ -良好的英语阅读能力。
？ 熟悉消防系统施工及维护保养工作，了解相关行业及国家规范；持有机电专业二级建造师证书、安装施工员证、消防设施检测证等优先考虑；
