Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
? Become expert on the mechanical design of the transferred product technology;
在产品技术转移中成为机械设计的专家；
? Establish a mechanical design capability to support ongoing design and sustaining engineering activities;

? Create high level mechanical specifications and effort estimates for required product enhancements;

? Implement mechanical design and ongoing product life cycle support changes;

? Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing and quality operations;
为制造和质量运营提供技术指导；
? Identify opportunities for product cost, quality, performance and feature improvements;

Qualifications Required 人员要求:
? More than 5 years of relevant mechanical design experience;
超过5年相关的机械设计经验；
? Experience developing commercial products for industrial applications. Familiarity with power utility products preferred;
工业应用产品的研发经验。熟悉电力系统产品优先；
? Experience with system level mechanical design and 3D CAD. Pro Engineer, Solid Works and AutoCAD preferred;

? Experience designing metal and plastic components and sheet metal enclosures;
具有金属、塑料部件设计及钣金附件设计经验；
? Familiar with environmental (including shock, bump and vibration), safety and EMC safety compliance standards. Knowledge of electric power utility standards preferred;

? Experience with design for product reliability. ALT/HALT preferred;
