Mission:
As the main interface between Design Engineering and the production teams, provide the fully support to project execution through providing the industrialization file related to the execution of any specific projects and/or any projects adaptations. Provide standards, guidelines to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing execution

Responsibilities:
1. Update SAP operations related to the project adaptations : scope all biz lines
1.1 create Panel routing data
1.2 Issue specific copper bom & update routing & control cycle
1.3 Define New pick material parameters
1.4 Issue subcontracted BOM from Original Bom's design (input in SAP)

2. Create Individual Project manufacturing files as per overall project schedule:
2.1 Issue Consumable material according to the new requirement
2.2 Define label marking and printing for nuclear/marine projects
2.3 Define and issue the power cables requirement and specific LV auxiliary cables (color, section, length as per customer specifications)
2.4 Define and issue all Mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies WI’s (Mounting plates /rear terminals layouts with specifications)
2.5 Issue the LV cables preparation template (lengths & types, numberings tables …)
2.6 Define the Packing requirements, accessories list and type of packing,
2.7 Calculate the DT per project
2.8 Create PCE format per project
2.9 Create subcontract BOM including product BOM and consumable BOM
2.10 Calculate and send the subcontracted copper list to production
3. Create one project manufacturing database to consolidate all the projects historical manufacturing data
3.1 Based on repetitive solutions, provide some standards, guidelines, design suggestions to Design & Method for continuous improvement
3.2 Make any suggestions contributing to better manufacturing efficiency and product quality improvement
4. Feedback regularly the Method and Industrial project team on any standard, design, manufacturing method which may have impact on the current processes (direct impact on LADM projects).Support on upon request
5. Provide support and coaching to the production team to support such execution
6. Responsible for the industrialization of any projects adaptation and or commercial specifications: Provide to production the completed execution file such as bom's completion, layouts, mechanical assembly and adaptations drawings, SAP routine update, cables preparation, DT, packing definition,
7. Coach and train the operators
8. Optimize and standardize the different mechanical/cabling processes and set up some new guidelines to the Production and Design teams
Requirements:
1. Graduated from technical secondary school
2. Read mechanical and electrical engineering drawing
3. 3 years experience in Low voltage switchgear equipment mfg. area or similar factory
4. Master cabling method (Autocad wiring diagram)
5. Be familiar with Office software.
