Mission:

Be responsible for the administration management & support to the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for office layout and cleaning and fitting status ensuring good condition.

2. Responsible for shuttle bus, cars ensure good transportation conditions for managers and staff. Meanwhile assisting HR Manager to control the cost.

3. Responsible for canteen management, ensure good working meal environment to the staff. Meanwhile assisting HR Manager to control the cost.

4. Other facility and office resources management (drinking water service, stationery, copy machine, etc. )

5. Assist manager to take care facility safety, cleaning, security and government relation network

6. Assist manger to do facility expansion project

7. Support staff recruiting, on-board and beneficial project deployment

8. Any other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above, better major in Engineering

2. 5 years working experience, JV is preferred

3. Basic English reading and writing

4. Good communication with all kinds of people
